By default, results containing any of the words you search for are shown.
For a more precise search, add a + between the words (anywhere, in fact), and then only results containing all your words will be shown.
eg: fred smith will contain all results with either "fred" or "smith" in.
but fred+smith will contain only those results with both "fred" and "smith" in.
