Pictures of heads on squares of paper, dissected along their diagonals into 4 triangular pieces. The set originally contained at least 11 heads. All four triangles of each head are numbered with the same profile number. Profiles are 9cm sq.are.

Folded paper which transforms the beggar, Lazarus,into the richman, Dives and Dives into a skeleton. The folds cover half the figure, effecting a half metamorphosis with each fold. A verse accompanies each fold. Folded and cut from a piece of cartridge paper 23.5cm x 38.5cm folded to 19cm x 8.5cm. Very good condition. Painted with water colour and gouache in gold, red and black.
